FREE Layover Tours in Shanghai...Flight Travel Tips

I have just discovered that if you book flights through Trip.com which include a layover in Shanghai of more than 8 hours you can book onto a FREE City tour so I wanted to share this travel tip! I think this is AMAZING...I have been in Shanghai for a layover before and did not enjoy it, I wanted to explore but there wasn't enough time to organise something independently but I would definitely book onto this if I were to find myself at this airport, I might even book a flight that includes it on purpose just to experience it ;) The type of tour depends on the time you find yourself in Shanghai, tour options are as follows: - 09.00-14.00 Highlights Half Day City Tour - 10.00-16.00 Local Lifestyle City Walk - 14.00-20.00 Art & Culture Immersion Tour - 18.00-23.00 Huangpu River Cruise Sightseeing Night Tour As part of the tour which is free they include transportation, attraction tickets, internet service and a tour guide. It's just things such as food and personal purchases that aren't covered. Personally I think this is a great idea and I would love to try all the tour options, please do let me know if you have experienced one of these tours as I would love to get some feedback.
